Missions Trip to Gautemala

I am currently on a Mission's Trip in Guatemala with Global Shore. It has been an amazing week with participating in daily morning worship with the students, teachers and staff. The students are so free in their worship from exuberantly praising God to quiet intimacy with Him. Then interacting with students in various classrooms for the rest of the mornings. Today I had the privilege of visiting the home of 2 students in the school and meeting their mother, grandmother and grandfather. Although they had a fair amount of space and some of the floors were quite nice, there were also dirt floors and meager furnishings as well as being without water for many hours each day.

I am once again humbled as I consider the abundance that I have and the opportunities to be able to bless the less fortunate in this world.
